Boat Rental Terms and Conditions

A deposit of $100.00 is required to guarantee a reservation, as well as a valid credit card and a driver's license. The deposit will be applied to the final rental price.
Rates do not include tax, gas, or oil.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the boat.
Towing is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival date are 100% refundable. Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
