bedroom cottage rates are for up to 4 persons and
3 bedroom rages are for up to 6 persons. Additional
persons are $10.00 per person per night (Kids under 12 are free).

Deposit Requirements - A $100.00 deposit is required
to reserve a cottage.
Weekends - Weekend stay require a two night minimum.
Pets - Pets are permitted with special permission.
a pet fee of $25.00 is required.
Boat Slips - Boat slips (based on availability) and
ramp fees are complimentary for cottage guests.
Check In - 3:00 PM, EST (Eastern Time)
Check out - 11:00 AM, EST (Eastern Time)
Cancellations - Cancellations made 14 days prior to
arrival date are 100% refundable. Any cancellations made less
than 14 days prior to arrival date are not refundable.
